With the recent opening of the first studio in Wilanów TECHNOBODY now offers the innovative, ultra-effective and time-saving personal training using EMS technology (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) developed by Miha Bodytec company in Germany.
EMS mimics the natural action of our central nervous system, sending electrical impulses to contract our muscles. In just a 20 minute workout, your personal trainer will put you through a customised work out – giving your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout.
Just ONE workout is equivalent to 2 hours spent in the gym!
Depending on your level of fitness and goals, your workout may be either extremely gentle – even performed lying down, or highly intense, with strong contractions and dynamic exercises.
What was once only possible after years of intense training at the gym is now achievable to almost everyone. Expect astounding results – even if you’re not capable of doing a regular workout.

Gear up
Guests arrive for their Technobody EMS training by appointment only. After an initial interview about your medical history and a review of various contraindications, restrictions and exclusions, you will be directed to your private change room to put on a special cotton suit for your EMS training session. These can be hired or purchased directly at our studio. For trial sessions, this cotton suit is automatically provided free of charge. Once changed, your personal trainer will proceed to put on a set of electrodes: electrode vest, arm, leg and buttocks electrodes, in such a way that it fits closely to the body everywhere.
EMS Training
Training starts with some basic instructions and the intensity of electrical impulses are adjusted according to the level of fitness, individual tolerance and preference. Muscle contractions generally last for 4 seconds, followed by a resting period of the same time. Clients start to familiarize themselves with the sensation after one or two contractions – and generally start to love the 'initially unusual' experience of muscle contraction in no time at all. EMS training programs consist of a sequence of static exercises - the personal trainer shows the correct posture and movement in advance, and monitors and corrects any customer mistakes.

After the training and cool-down, we organize the next appointment – that can generally only take place after a minimum resting period of 2 days (this period may need to be more or less depending on the intensity and type of exercise performed).
